Return and Exchange Conditions<\/h2>\n

At ECUALL, we care about helping you get the right part. The following conditions have been prepared within the framework of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.<\/p>\n

6-Month Warranty<\/h3>\n

All car ECUs and electronic modules purchased from ECUALL come with a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery. If you experience a problem with the product during the warranty period, you can contact us with your order number at info@ecuall.com<\/a> or via our WhatsApp<\/a> line.<\/p>\n

Damage caused by physical impact, contact with liquid, opening of the housing, incorrect connection or unauthorized tampering is not covered by the warranty.<\/p>\n

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)<\/h3>\n

You may return the product within 14 days of the date you received it without giving any reason.<\/p>\n

How to Return a Product<\/h3>\n

  1. Send your return request along with your order number to our info@ecuall.com<\/a> or via our WhatsApp<\/a> line.<\/li>\n
  2. Pack the product securely with its original packaging, invoice and all parts, if any.<\/li>\n
  3. Ship the product with the shipping company and to the address provided to you.<\/li>\n
  4. Once the product reaches us and has been inspected, your payment will be refunded within 14 days at the latest.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
