Distance Sales Agreement<\/h2>\n

Buyer:<\/strong> The person who places an order through ecuall.com and whose details appear on the order form.<\/p>\n

2. Subject<\/h3>\n

This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties, in accordance with the provisions of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the Buyer from the ecuall.com website.<\/p>\n

3. Product, Price and Payment<\/h3>\n

The type, part number, quantity, sale price and payment method of the product are as stated in the order summary and the order confirmation e-mail. Prices on the site are in Turkish Lira. Shipping fees, if any, are shown separately at the payment step.<\/p>\n

4. Compatibility Responsibility<\/h3>\n

Car ECUs and electronic modules are matched by part number. Before placing an order, the Buyer is obliged to compare the number of the existing part in their vehicle with the numbers on the product page. A Buyer who is unsure about compatibility may request support from the Seller before ordering. Installation, coding, cloning or immobilizer pairing services are not included in the product price.<\/p>\n

5. Delivery<\/h3>\n

After payment is confirmed, the product is shipped via a contracted shipping company to the address specified by the Buyer on the order form. The delivery period does not exceed the legal 30-day period. In-stock products are usually shipped much sooner.<\/p>\n

5a. Warranty<\/h3>\n

The Seller warrants the products sold for 6 months from the date of delivery. Damage caused by physical impact, contact with liquid, opening of the housing, incorrect connection or unauthorized tampering is not covered by the warranty.<\/p>\n

6. Right of Withdrawal<\/h3>\n

The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. Notice of withdrawal is given to info@ecuall.com or to +90 551 211 06 60. The product must be returned undamaged together with its invoice and all accessories. The Buyer is responsible for any loss of value resulting from use of the product outside of normal use. Details of the return conditions can be found on the Return and Exchange Conditions<\/a> page.<\/p>\n

7. Refund<\/h3>\n

The product price is refunded to the Buyer, in a manner consistent with the payment method used, within 14 days of the Seller receiving the notice of withdrawal.<\/p>\n

8. Dispute Resolution<\/h3>\n

For disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in the Buyer's place of residence have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade.<\/p>\n

9. Entry into Force<\/h3>\n
