Return and Exchange Conditions

At ECUALL, we care about helping you get the right part. The following conditions have been prepared within the framework of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

6-Month Warranty

All car ECUs and electronic modules purchased from ECUALL come with a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery. If you experience a problem with the product during the warranty period, you can contact us with your order number at info@ecuall.com or via our WhatsApp line.

Damage caused by physical impact, contact with liquid, opening of the housing, incorrect connection or unauthorized tampering is not covered by the warranty.

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You may return the product within 14 days of the date you received it without giving any reason.

How to Return a Product

1. Send your return request along with your order number to our info@ecuall.com or via our WhatsApp line.
2. Pack the product securely with its original packaging, invoice and all parts, if any.
3. Ship the product with the shipping company and to the address provided to you.
4. Once the product reaches us and has been inspected, your payment will be refunded within 14 days at the latest.

Return Conditions

• The part number, serial number or inspection labels on the product and its label must not be removed or damaged.
• The product housing must not have been opened, and the product must not be damaged by physical impact, contact with liquid or incorrect connection.
• The buyer is responsible for any loss of value resulting from use of the product beyond normal inspection.

Defective or Wrong Product Shipped

If you received a product that is different from what you ordered or is defective, contact us immediately. In this case, the shipping cost is covered by us and the product is replaced or its price is refunded.

Compatibility

To avoid ordering the wrong product, compare the part number of the ECU in your vehicle with the numbers on the product page before ordering. If you're not sure, send us a photo of the label and we'll check it for you.
