Shipping Fee

Shipping is free for orders within Türkiye.

Dispatch Time

In-stock products are promptly prepared for shipping once payment is confirmed. Timing may vary depending on order volume and the product inspection process.

Shipment Tracking

When your order is shipped, the tracking information will be sent to you. You can view your order status on the Order tracking page or in the My orders section of your account.

Upon Delivery

When receiving the package, check it for damage. If the package is damaged, have the courier file a damage report and notify us immediately.
